GDPR & Data Rights

Last updated · June 11, 2026

This page summarises your rights under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and equivalent laws (such as the CCPA/CPRA in California), and how to exercise them with Workfied. It supplements the Privacy Policy.

Controller

The data controller for your personal data is the Workfied operating entity (full legal name and registered address will be published here at launch). Data-protection contact: privacy@workfied.com.

Your rights

Fastest route: Settings → Account in the app handles export, correction and deletion instantly, no email required.

How to exercise them

Email privacy@workfied.com from the address on your account, stating the right you want to exercise. We respond within 30 days (extendable by 60 days for complex requests, with notice). We may ask for additional verification if a request can't be matched to your account.

International transfers

Where data is processed outside the EEA/UK, transfers are protected by adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses with each processor, plus encryption in transit and at rest.

Processors

We use a small set of vetted processors for hosting, transcription, AI processing, email delivery and crash reporting, each bound by a data-processing agreement. The current list is available on request at privacy@workfied.com and will be published before launch.

Cookies & tracking

This website sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The app uses only functional storage required to keep you signed in and privacy-preserving, aggregated analytics.

Complaints

If you believe we've mishandled your data, contact us first — we take it seriously and respond quickly. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in the EU, see the EDPB member list; in the UK, the ICO).
