The quiet problem

You do the work. Then you're asked to remember all of it.

The work happens out loud — in meetings, threads and hallway decisions. The record of it is left to your memory. That gap costs you four rewrites a week and one undersold review a year.

Context evaporates

By Friday you've forgotten Tuesday. By December, the whole year. Your best work disappears exactly when you need it.

You write it four times

Slack, the manager email, the stand-up, the review doc — the same update, rewritten all week from scratch.

Reviews run on memory

Yours and your team's — written from a blank page and a fading recollection. High stakes, thin proof.

Your corporate buddy

It evolves with you

Workfied isn't a tool you fill in — it's a companion that compounds. The longer you talk to it, the more it can do for you.

Day 1

You say what happened. That's the whole job.

Open the app, hold the mic, talk for a minute. "Shipped the rebrand, Priya moved the deadline, Rahul's stuck on handoff." No forms, no structure — Workfied pulls out the tasks, wins, blockers and people itself.

Week 2

Your updates start writing themselves.

Friday arrives and your weekly update is already drafted — built from what you actually said all week, with every claim traceable to a real log. Review, tweak one line, send.

Month 3

It remembers things you've forgotten.

"What did Rahul say about the migration?" — ask, and get the exact moment back, cited to the day you said it. Every project and person becomes a living timeline you can query like a teammate with perfect recall.

Month 6

Your promotion case is quietly assembling.

Workfied maps your logs against your next level and tells you where you're thin — with months left to fix it. "Leadership evidence is your weakest signal right now" beats finding out at the panel.

Review season

The review writes itself. You just edit.

Twelve months of your own words, organized by impact, drafted into a year-end review — yours and your team's. What used to eat a weekend is now a 20-minute edit.

The next role

You get promoted. It grows into the new job.

Now you have reportees — and Workfied already knows them from your logs. Every report gets a private timeline of wins, blockers and growth, so 1:1s and their reviews are built on evidence, not memory. It's the buddy that scales with the whole career.

Inside the app

Built around one honest minute a day

Everything downstream — the memory, the documents, the career case — comes from a capture habit so small it actually sticks.

Capture

Speak it or type it — 60 seconds is plenty

Push-to-talk after a meeting or a wind-down at the end of the day. Workfied transcribes live and catches names, projects and dates as you speak.

Use cases

Every high-stakes moment, pre-written

The moments that decide a career are writing-heavy and memory-dependent. Workfied removes both problems.

Year-end review

Walk in with a draft built from 12 months of your own words, organized by impact — not a blank page in November.

Mid-year check-in

A clear half-time story: what's landed, what's drifting, and which goals still need evidence behind them.

Promotion case

A living brag-doc mapped to your ladder's rubric, with gap warnings months before the panel — not days.

Stand-ups & weekly updates

Yesterday / today / blocked, drafted before the meeting. The weekly email becomes a one-line edit.

1:1s & reportee reviews

Every report gets a private timeline. Prep for any 1:1 in seconds and write their reviews from evidence.

Total recall

"What did we decide about the migration?" Ask in plain language, get the answer cited to the day you said it.

FAQ

Fair questions

When does Workfied launch?
We're in private beta now and onboarding from the waitlist in small weekly batches. The public launch on the App Store and Google Play follows once the beta cohort is happy. Waitlist members hear first — and keep the founding price.
Is this just a journaling app?
No. Journals store what you write; Workfied works it. Every log is decomposed into tasks, wins, blockers and people, filed against projects and goals, and turned back into the documents your job demands — updates, reviews, 1:1 prep, a promotion case. The diary is the input, not the product.
What happens to my voice recordings?
Audio is transcribed and then discarded by default — the transcript is what's stored, encrypted. You can opt to keep audio. Either way, your logs are never used to train shared models and are never visible to your employer.
I'm a manager — can I track my team without them knowing?
Reportee timelines are built only from what you say in your own logs — your observations, your 1:1 notes. Nothing is collected from your reports, and nothing is shared with them or anyone else. It's your private working memory, the same as a notebook — just one that can write the review draft.
What if I miss days?
Nothing breaks. Workfied works from what it has, and the catch-up flow lets you cover a gap in one slightly longer log. The streak calendar is there to encourage, not to punish.
Android or iOS first?
Both are in development; the beta runs on both platforms. Store listings go live together at launch — join the waitlist and we'll ping you on your platform of choice.

Your career deserves a witness.

Start the 60-second habit the day we open your spot. In a week, your first update writes itself.
